For Creators & Influencers

Hosts are offering real value by giving you access to beautiful properties. In return, we ask that you follow a few simple rules to ensure successful and respectful collaborations.

1. Respect the Value of a Free Stay

Every free stay costs a host money — whether that’s cleaning fees, lost revenue from unbooked nights, or time spent preparing their home. Please treat every space with care and professionalism.

2. At Least One Social Media Post

All creators are expected to share at least one post on their main social media account during or after the stay.

• Tag the host or property

• Include a link to book or follow

• Make it authentic and engaging

3. Deliver at Least 10 Photos

Hosts rely on great visuals to stand out online. Please provide a minimum of 10 high-quality, edited photos for the host to use in their listing, marketing, or social media.

💡 Pro tip: Collaborations often lead to future invites when creators deliver 20–30 high-quality shots.

4. Be Collaborative

If the host provides a specific shot list or asks for certain features to be highlighted, do your best to fulfill those requests. Going the extra mile helps you build strong relationships and earn 5-star reviews from hosts.

5. Keep It Professional

Respect the property as if it were your own — or better. Leave it clean, follow check-in/out instructions, and communicate clearly throughout the collaboration.

For Hosts & Hotels

Our creators are here to help you grow your property’s visibility and guest appeal. To make the most of your collaborations, please follow these community standards:

1. Be Responsive to Creator Inquiries

Just like with guest messages, creators deserve a reply — even if it’s a polite “not right now.”

2. Block Out Collaboration Dates

To avoid double bookings, please block out the collaboration dates on Airbnb, VRBO, or any other platform you use.
You can also opt to process the booking on Airbnb or your direct site to take advantage of insurance and the ability to leave a review

3. Ensure a Quality Stay

Even though it's a free stay, the experience should feel like a paid one.

• Ensure the property is clean and guest-ready

• Be available to help with check-in, issues, or questions

• Make sure the space is styled and photo-ready if possible

4. Respect the Creator’s Role

After deliverables are complete, please don’t ask for additional content unless it was agreed upon beforehand. Good collaborations are based on mutual trust and clarity.
