Welcome to Paravista Stays, a platform that connects social media influencers and property hosts for promotional stay collaborations. By using our site and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview of Our Service

Paravista Stays is a matchmaking platform designed to help property owners or managers (“Hosts”) and content creators (“Influencers”) discover and connect with each other for collaborative stays in which accommodation may be exchanged for social media exposure, content creation, or other promotional work.

We do not currently handle bookings, contracts, or payments. All agreements are made directly between Hosts and Influencers.

2. Account Requirements

You must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Provide accurate and honest profile information.

• Use the platform for its intended purpose only.

3. Platform Role & Limitations

Paravista Stays is not a booking platform, property manager, agency, or payment processor. We:

• Facilitate introductions only.

• Do not verify user identity or guarantee the authenticity of listings or influencer metrics.

• Are not a party to any agreements made between users.

• Are not liable for failed collaborations, damages, or any form of loss.

4. User Conduct

By using Paravista Stays, you agree to:

• Be respectful and professional in communications.

• Not post false, misleading, offensive, or unlawful content.

• Not use the platform to solicit services unrelated to promotional stays.

• Avoid spamming, phishing, or fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts at our discretion.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they upload but grant Paravista Stays a license to use profile data, listings, and media for promotional or operational purposes. You may not:

• Copy or republish content from other users.

• Use platform data for scraping or unauthorized purposes.

6. Collaboration Expectations

All collaboration terms (dates, deliverables, usage rights, etc.) must be clearly agreed upon between host and influencer outside the platform. We strongly recommend:

• Confirming deliverables in writing (e.g., number of posts, stories, video format).

• Agreeing on deadlines and mutual expectations.

Paravista Stays is not responsible for enforcing or mediating agreements.

7. Disclaimers

• The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

• We do not guarantee any level of exposure or performance from any collaboration.

• We do not screen or verify the accuracy of any profiles or content.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paravista Stays is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Failed or unsatisfactory collaborations

• Property damage

• Missed opportunities or content disputes

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you're violating our terms or creating risk for other users.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform means you agree to the latest version.
